Hi Ivy, uninstalled all third party printer drivers and used 'Microsoft Print to PDF' to test. Same error - too with the XPS Writer.
Give-and-take was too affected by this. I did not try Notepad.
I finally narrowed the result down to a problem with Outlook rendering sure HTML content. Some emails with HTML signatures caused the error while others didn't. I was able to piece of work effectually the problem past opening the Trust Heart in Outlook and checking 'Read all standard mail in plain text' nether Electronic mail Security.
The OutlPrnt file however doesn't regenerate. I hope at that place is a patch or fix for this presently.

I am having the same problem with 2 out 20 of my Office 365 users

this has been happening for about 3 months

i have done further trouble shooting
this occurs with a brand new contour
it occurs on all xx of my office installs
information technology only occurs on particularly long HTML emails
the emails it seems to happen on take a lot of embedded images in
I accept taken an electronic mail that is causing this issue and pasted the whole email into a new email and set it and the problem was replicated
I then gradually shortened the amount of the e-mail that I copy and pasted into a new email and sent - and eventually the problem stopped happening
I do not retrieve it is a particular part of the electronic mail that is causing the problem - just when its a certain size.

I am using Function 365 2016 32-bit
I am going to try the 64-bit version to see if it also has the fault
